Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing with the New York State.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and report changes in condition.
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Monitor residents for changes in status.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants.
