Job summary

The Hamptons Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing in Southampton, NY is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team. We offer full-time schedules with day or overnight shifts (7:00 AM–7:40 PM or 7:00 PM–7:40 AM) and competitive pay.

Responsibilities include administering medications, wound care, and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver resident-centered care. NY LPN license is required; SNF experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid New York State LPN license.
• SNF experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and documentation skills.
