Job summary
Anderson Rehabilitation Institute is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our inpatient rehab team. You will deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process and work with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to develop individualized care plans.

Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
- Current state licensure as Licensed Practical Nurse.
- CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred.
- Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process-Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation
- Collaborate closely with patients, families, and our interdisciplinary care team to create personalized care plans
- Monitor and communicate changes in patient conditions to physicians, supervisors, and colleagues
- Play a key role in the discharge planning process to support safe, successful transitions
