Homestead of Halstead in Halstead, Kansas is seeking a licensed practical nurse to join our team. You will work under the general supervision of the communities Director of Nursing to provide care per each patient’s care plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients per their care plans, may confer with physicians, patients, families and staff.
• Communicate with patients and families regarding education and progress.
• Review and maintain all clinical records required for patient care and progress.
• Review weekly reports to monitor compliance with state and federal requirements including bloodborne pathogens, hazardous materials, infection control and fire safety.
