Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved and/or accredited School of Nursing.
• Current license to practice professional nursing from the Massachusetts Board of Registration.
• BLS certification.
• Preferably six months of clinical experience in inpatient, outpatient, or long-term facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide care that is appropriate to the patient’s age and in accordance with Nursing Policy and Procedures.
• Establish professional relationships with patients, families, nurses, physicians and other colleagues.
• Educate patients and families about illness and treatment and preventive measures.
