Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved and/or accredited School of Nursing.
• Current license to practice professional nursing from the Massachusetts Board of Registration (BLS)
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Judgment and decision making in planning patient care and addressing outcomes.
• Establishes professional relationships with patients, families, nurses and physicians.
• Educates patients and families about illness and treatment, including preventative measures.
• Adheres to unit policies, practice guidelines and ANA Code of Ethics; participates in quality improvement.
