Qualifications

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long‑term care and rehabilitation setting.
• Deliver patient-centered support through clinical and daily tasks.
• Maintain safety, comfort and recovery through diligent care.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications and monitor for effectiveness and adverse reactions.
• Perform wound care and other required clinical treatments.
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintain resident comfort and dignity.
• Assess and monitor resident condition and report changes promptly.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and support care plans.
• Document care accurately and timely according to facility standards.
• Assist with coordinating admissions, transfers, and discharges.
