Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure.
• Strong clinical assessment, medication administration and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (RNs, therapists, physicians).
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach with excellent communication.
• Knowledge of safety and infection prevention practices.
