Job summary
Pinecrest Health and Rehabilitation in Charlotte, NC is seeking dedicated LPNs for full-time and part-time roles. Compensation ranges from $29.00 to $34.49 per hour with shift differentials, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff.

Qualifications
- Current LPN license in NC is required.
- CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain it.
- New grads welcome; LTC or SNF experience preferred.
- Positive attitude, reliability and strong clinical judgment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents per standards of practice and physician orders.
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs and interdisciplinary teams.
- Support residents’ physical, emotional and psychological well-being.
- Assist with resident comfort.
- Collect samples and monitor catheters; provide wound care.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies, laws and standards.
- Record and review patient history and vital signs.
- Coach staff as needed.
