Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Hold a current State LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in long-term care
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written form
• Committed to professional, compassionate resident care

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect resident care through the nursing process
• Direct day-to-day activities of nursing assistants
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physician and family
• Complete required resident admission/discharge/transfer documentation
