Qualifications

Current LPN license in the state of North Carolina.
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome.
Positive attitude, reliability and strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards of practice and orders.
Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and compassion.
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs and interdisciplinary teams.
Support residents’ physical, emotional and psychological well‑being.
Assist with resident comfort and dignity.
Collect samples and monitor catheters; provide wound care as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and follow all policies and regulations.
Track patient history and vital signs, and review condition.
Coach and support staff as necessary.
