Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with current license.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly with residents, families and staff.
• Customer service oriented and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver direct and indirect patient care as part of the nursing process.
• Direct the daily activities of nursing assistants.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physician, nurse supervisor and family.
• Complete required documentation upon admission, discharge, transfer per policy.
