Good Samaritan is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting at our De Smet, SD facility. Under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician, you will administer medications, monitor residents, and contribute to care plans.

Qualified candidates hold an LPN license with an accredited program, preferably an associate degree in practical nursing, and have clinical experience across the lifespan.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Pre-licensure nursing program with supervised clinical experience across the lifespan or 400 hours as LPN at another facility.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional nursing care to residents under supervision of RN/physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and care outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
