Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license required (compact-state acceptable).
• Minimum 2 years LPN/LVN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Complete and scan required record-keeping forms upon admission, transfer, and discharge.
• Chart nurses' notes reflecting care provided and patient response.
• Report discrepancies to the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure documentation of unauthorized discharges per established procedures.
