Responsibilities include assisting with procedures, labeling specimens, and performing clerical tasks as needed. Active LPN licensure and BLS are required; prior care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure or LPN applicant.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association.
• 1 year of clinical patient care experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills to provide care to patients of all ages.

Responsabilités

• Collaborates with physicians and health care team members to meet patient/family needs.
• Implements the plan of care by providing direct basic nursing care.
• Appropriately labels and packages specimens as trained.
• Assists in providing indirect care through clerical or administrative duties as assigned.
