Qualifications

• Active LPN licensure or eligible to obtain licensure.
• BLS certification required.

• Proficiency with computer-based scheduling/registration systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with physicians and health care team members to meet patient/family needs.
• Provides direct basic nursing care per LPN scope.
• Labels and packages specimens as trained.
• Assists in administrative duties as assigned by RN.
• Acts as chaperone during patient examination.
• Assists provider with procedures, treatments, interventions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
