You will use AI-assisted tools to streamline documentation, allowing more time for direct patient interaction and high-quality care in the home health setting.

Minimum qualifications include graduation from an accredited LPN program and 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
• 1 year experience in a hospital, nursing home, home health, or working with terminally ill patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication management, wound care, and health monitoring.
