Job summary

OhioHealth at Home, in partnership with Compassus, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide hands-on patient care. The role emphasizes patient interaction and quality of care with AI-assisted documentation to reduce paperwork.

You will assist with medication management, wound care, and health monitoring, while using AI systems to complete clear notes during visits. A valid LPN license is required, plus at least 1 year of relevant clinical experience; BLS is preferred within 30 days

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
• 1 year experience in a hospital, nursing home, home health, or with terminally ill patients.
• Active and unencumbered LPN license in state of employment.
• BLS certification preferred within 30 days of hire (American Heart Association).
