Compassus is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for home health to support patients with hands-on care while leveraging AI-supported technology to streamline documentation. You will focus on compassionate patient interaction, wound care, and monitoring while reducing administrative workload.

Active LPN licensure is required, with hospital, nursing home, or home health experience. BLS within 30 days is preferred, and Compassus offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.
• 1 year experience in a hospital, nursing home or home health setting.
• Active and unencumbered Licensed Practical nurse license in state(s) of employment required.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire (preferred)

Company: OhioHealth at Home in partnership with Compassus Licensed Practical Nurse - Home Health Position Summary: Work as a vital member of the care team, providing hands-on support to patients while utilizing AI-supported technology to simplify your documentation process. Spend more time delivering care and less time on paperwork. Patient-Centered Care:Spend more time providing hands-on, compassionate care to patients. Education and/or Experience

Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.

1 year experience in a hospital, nursing home or home health setting.
