Highland Oaks Health Center in Marietta, OH is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct resident care in a long-term care setting. You will administer medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns appropriately.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Develop and update resident care plans.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants and other care staff.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharge processes.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and resident needs.
