Job summary

Ohio Valley Manor Care Community is seeking aLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting. You will monitor residents, administer medications, and ensure comfort and safety, under RN supervision.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited LPN or LVN program.
• Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of RN or physician.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and report abnormalities.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document responses.
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure resident comfort and safety.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and care plans.
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Adhere to infection control practices and safety guidelines.
• Advocate for residents and communicate with families as needed.
