Qualifications

• Active Missouri LPN license required.
• Experience with developmentally disabled population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and MAR.
• Take and record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Assist with care plan development and rehabilitation activities.
• Oversee nursing assistants and communicate with doctors, patients and families.
• Document assessments and participate in health care planning.
