Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active LPN license in the state of MA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) is required.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care according to nursing practice standards.
• Implement individualized care plans from the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and treatments as per the plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation according to care plans.
