Job summary

CareCore Health in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our floor nursing team. As a Floor Nurse, you will provide direct care to residents and support the daily operations of the unit.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care or similar setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents.
• Ensure accurate documentation of resident care, medications, and treatments.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Assist STNAs and other team members as needed to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Comply with state and federal regulations, facility policies, and procedures.
