Alpine Valley Post Acute is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team. This role is supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, offering competitive pay and daily pay options.

Earn $30-$39/hour all-inclusive while delivering high-quality resident care, following individualized care plans, administering medications, and maintaining accurate documentation in a supportive 105-bed facility in PA. Tuition reimbursement and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in Pennsylvania.
• BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with standards and care plans.
• Follow individualized care plans developed by Nurse Manager and team.
• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful environment for residents and families.
