Job summary

Northampton Post Acute in Easton, PA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with a competitive hourly pay range of $30 to $37, all-inclusive, and Daily Pay.

As an LPN, you will provide patient care according to standards and the physician’s plan of treatment, administer medications, monitor residents, and maintain accurate documentation while supporting a safe, compassionate environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN license in Pennsylvania.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards and the plan of care.
• Follow and implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team.
• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments per the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes promptly to the supervising nurse or physician, and respond appropriately to clinical needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and their families.
