Job summary

Cape Cod Post Acute in MA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in a sub-acute/long-term care setting. This facility is supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services and offers full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules with daily pay.

Responsibilities include implementing care plans, medication administration, monitoring residents, and maintaining accurate documentation while upholding a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in MA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with standards, plan of care, and physician's plan.
• Follow individualized care plans developed by Nurse Manager and team.
• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments per the plan.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly to supervising staff.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and families.
