Job summary

Banner Health's Payson Multi-Specialty Clinic is hiring a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join a compassionate care team dedicated to quality patient outcomes.

Under supervision of an RN or physician, you will contribute to care plans, document progress, and deliver high-quality nursing services across specialties in a fast-paced community clinic setting in Payson, AZ. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with team support and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current LPN or LVN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Completion of an IV therapy program may be required depending on facility policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care under supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
• Contribute to the plan of care and document patient progress.
• Communicate patient status to care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Document observations and treatments accurately in patient records.
• Support discharge planning and patient education as assigned.
