Responsibilities
- Oversee health needs of program participants within Iowa ACT.
- Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team.
- Maintain nursing documentation and medication records.
- Educate participants about medications and health management.
- Ensure medications are administered as ordered and properly recorded.
- Protect participant confidentiality and coordinate care with leadership.
