Riverwood Healthcare Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support Spine clinic operations in Aitkin, MN. This role involves direct patient care, clinical coordination, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate holds CMA certification or LPN licensure in Minnesota and has 3–6 months of related experience or training. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists Spine procedures by preparing exam room, setting up instruments, and maintaining sterile/clean technique.
• Orders Spine clinic supplies.
• Stocks and maintains Spine supplies in exam rooms and procedure areas.
• Ensures proper cleaning, turnover, and readiness of Spine equipment and instruments.
• Demonstrates basic knowledge of Spine anatomy.
• Provides in Basket support for patient calls under direction of Spine RN.
