Salary Range: $21.55 To $26.44 Hourly

About the Position: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) supports specialty clinic operations by assisting with patient care, clinical coordination, and administrative tasks. This role involves direct patient interaction, technical clinical support, and accurate documentation. The position requires effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is flexible, patient-focused, and committed to providing high quality care and service.

Education and Experience:

• Current certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or
• Current Minnesota licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Three to six months of related experience and/or training; or

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Current certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or
• Current Minnesota licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Spine:

• Assists providers with Spine procedures by preparing the exam room, setting up necessary instruments and supplies, and maintaining sterile or clean technique as appropriate.
• Orders Spine clinic supplies.
• Stocks and maintains Spine supplies, ensuring exam rooms and procedure areas are adequately equipped and restocked according to established standards.
• Ensures proper cleaning, turnover, and readiness of Spine equipment and instruments.
• Demonstrates basic knowledge of Spine anatomy.
• Provides in Basket support for patient calls under direction of Spine RN.
