CHANGE, Inc Family Medical Care is hiring Full Time and PRN LPN’s (with WV and OH Licensure), MA’s (schooling through an accredited program) or CMA’s (schooling through an accredited program and NHA or AAMA certification)

Position Details

• Job Title: Multiple positions available
• Location: Various Locations
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

Qualifications

• Must be a LPN (with both OH and WV Licensure), MA (schooling through an accredited program) or CMA (schooling through an accredited program and NHA or AAMA certification)
• Excellent organization, critical thinking, communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, excellent documentation, and computer skills, knowledgeable of care plans and must have the ability to grasp new technology quickly.
• Applicant must be able to work well with diverse patients and staff and promote a positive image for CHANGE, Inc.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Support Medical team in providing care for patients; Rooming, referrals etc.
