Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide one-on-one home health care in clients’ homes across the Clinton, TN area. The role offers consistent assignments and flexible scheduling to support work-life balance for caregivers.

You will deliver personalized nursing care to patients, monitor conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care. Training and local support are available to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities
