Description
LPN Clinical Interviewer
Make an impact through every conversation

Do you enjoy using your clinical knowledge to help people better understand their medications - but prefer a structured, telephonic environment over traditional bedside care?

As an LPN Clinical Interviewer, you'll speak directly with members to understand how they are taking their medications, identify barriers to safe and effective medication use, and help connect them with the right clinical support. Your conversations can make a meaningful difference in medication adherence, safety, and health outcomes—particularly for members managing complex health needs.

This is a high-volume, structured clinical role. You'll work within established workflows, use multiple systems, and be accountable for defined productivity, quality, and documentation standards. If you enjoy focused clinical work, clear expectations, and making a difference one conversation at a time, this may be a great fit.
