Responsibilities

• Partner with physicians and providers to support daily clinical operations.
• Act as a clinical scribe documenting encounters in EMR.
• Review charts and prep records before appointments.
• Scrub schedules to identify care gaps and follow‑ups.
• Assist with provider inbox management and medication follow‑ups.
• Review lab, imaging, and specialty reports for routing and action.
• Maintain accuracy while managing multiple priorities in a high‑volume clinic.
