Job summary

EGA Associates is seeking a Qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to serve as a Clinical Associate at a Primary Care Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Idabel, OK, serving Veterans. You’ll support patient-centered care, care coordination, and efficient clinic workflow as part of the Patient Aligned Care Team.

The role emphasizes collaboration with PACT staff, adherence to clinical protocols, and active participation in telehealth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in Oklahoma or compact license.
• Basic Life Support is required or obtainable before patient care.
• Ability to complete VA and EGA credentialing, background screening, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and care to patients within LPN scope.
• Collaborate with PACT to develop health-care and care-management plans.
• Manage clinic workflow and room assignments in a timely manner.
• Guide patients through the clinic environment.
• Perform basic patient-care services and clinical support.
• Apply medical terminology, aseptic technique, infection control, confidentiality, and procedures.
• Assist providers with patient-care duties for efficient care delivery.
• Support lab and point-of-care activities as trained.
• Back-up telehealth services including Store-and-Forward and Clinical Video Telehealth.
• Participate in team huddles, education, documentation, and quality-improvement activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
