Job summary

Essentia Health in Graceville is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Family Practice team. The LPN will assist RNs and physicians, providing direct patient care across ambulatory and home care settings and perform procedures within demonstrated competency.

You'll care for patients from newborns to the elderly, supporting the mission to make a healthy difference in people’s lives while aligning with Essentia’s patient-centered values.

Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice practical nursing (LPN).
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).
• MN LPN License required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assists RN, Physician and other providers and provides direct patient care in ambulatory and/or home care settings.
• Performs identified procedures for which competencies have been demonstrated.
• Cares for patients ranging in age from newborn to elderly as noted on age-related category.
