Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking an LPN Supervisor to lead clinical teams across practice sites in Alexandria, LA. This role focuses on patient safety and high-quality care, implementing policies to assess and enhance clinical competence and patient outcomes.

The supervisor provides feedback to the Practice Manager, supports staff development, and drives accreditation and satisfaction initiatives. Schedule is 8 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday, with a Full Time work type.

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse with active LPN license in state of employment or compact.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction to practice sites to drive patient safety and clinical quality.
• Guides training and development to improve associate performance and satisfaction.
• Ensures confidentiality and patient safety at all times.
• Communicates clearly with staff, clinicians, and leadership in line with CHRISTUS Mission.
