• Prepare patients for exams; assist with procedures and document vitals and history.
• Expedite referral authorizations; ensure accurate data entry and status tracking in the system.
• Document incidents per policy; maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and equipment.
• Lead Medical Assistants to improve patient flow and staff scheduling as volumes fluctuate.
