Freeman Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide basic patient care in our clinic, under supervision of an RN or supervising physician. You will assist in coordinating patient care and serve as a liaison among patients, staff, and physicians.

The position requires MO LPN licensure (or a compact-state license in the nurse's state of residence) and a valid BLS certification within 30 days. Schedule is full-time, days, with no holidays or weekends.

Qualifications

• Requires BLS certification for Healthcare Providers within 30 days.
• Clinic Competency Assessment completed annually by transcript due date.
• Missouri Practical Nurse license (or compact-state license) in nurse's residence state.

What You’ll Do

Under the direction of a professional RN or supervising Physician, provides basic patient care to clinic patients following established standards and practices. Assists physician and staff in coordinating patient care. Functions as liaison between patients, staff and physician.

Requirements

AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers within 30 days.

Clinic Competency Assessment annually by transcript due date.

Current Missouri Practical Nurse license or current Practical Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse's state of residence.
