The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Altru Clinic in Devils Lake, ND provides and documents patient assessments, supports health history intake, and participates in discharge planning. • Modifies care plan in collaboration with licensed practitioner.
• Demonstrates competency with department standards and procedures.
• Documents nursing care accurately and timely.
• Communicates patient information to the care team.
