Job summary

The Center for Disability Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Center Health Clinic in New York. You will provide nursing services to individuals served and work under the supervision of the RN to assess needs.

Our team values dedication and adherence to clinic policies. You must be licensed in New York, CPR-certified, and able to lift 50 pounds. We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse New York State License is required.
• Maintains CPR for the Professional Rescuer Certification at all times.
• At least 1 year of job-related experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply for this position.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the Mission of the Center, nursing department and assigned program by providing nursing services to the individuals they serve
• Assisting the RN in the assessment of individual's needs.
• They follow the philosophy of Center Health Care (CHC) Clinic and adhere to policies and procedures as they pertain to the delivery of nursing services.

Compensation Range: $24.48 - $26.52
