The Center for Disability Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Center Health Clinic in New York. You will provide nursing services to individuals served and work under the supervision of the RN to assess needs.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse New York State License is required.
• Maintains CPR for the Professional Rescuer Certification at all times.
• At least 1 year of job-related experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply for this position.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing services to individuals served in the Center Health Clinic.
• Assists the RN in assessing individuals’ needs.
• Adheres to Center Health Care Clinic policies and procedures.
