Job summary

Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC is seeking a dynamic Client Services Specialist, LPN to support front office operations and nursing admissions within a behavioral health program. The role serves as a primary contact for clients, visitors, and callers while performing limited nursing duties under supervision.

Responsibilities include scheduling, benefit verification, payment collection, documentation, and preliminary physical assessments using approved forms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduation from a practical nursing education program approved by the applicable board of nursing required.
• Current Georgia LPN license and CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Minimum one year of LPN experience preferred; behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, outpatient care, or medical office setting preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, benefit verification, collections, or front office operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide professional customer service.
• Coordinate appointments, admissions, screenings, and follow-up with clinical team.
• Verify insurance and collect payments; document transactions.
• Perform Nursing Admission Assessment and vitals under RN/physician supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies.
