Job summary

The Recovery Village in Georgia is seeking a dynamic Client Services Specialist, LPN to join our team. You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers while performing limited nursing responsibilities under supervision.

This role manages front office tasks, verifies benefits, collects payments, coordinates appointments, and supports nursing admissions with vital signs and initial assessments.

Qualifications

• Georgia LPN license required.
• Minimum one year LPN experience preferred; behavioral health or outpatient settings preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, benefit verification, collections or front office operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage front desk with professional service.
• Verify demographics and insurance; collect payments; document transactions.
• Perform Nursing Admission Assessments under RN/physician supervision.
• Record vitals and other measurements; document findings in the EHR.
• Coordinate referrals, labs, and follow-up services with clinical team.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate records per policy.
