Job summary

Camellia Health & Rehab is seeking a Night PRN LPN in Georgia to administer medications, monitor residents, and deliver direct nursing care per care plans. You will supervise CNAs, maintain documentation, and ensure policy compliance in a mission-driven, non-profit setting.

We value compassionate care, teamwork, and reliable, professional communication with residents and families, with evenings/nights/weekends shift differentials and weekly pay benefits.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible.
• Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care per care plans and supervise CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

What You Bring

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)

• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
