Job summary

Waycross Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking an LPN for PRN Evening shifts to deliver high-quality nursing care and collaborate with RNs, CNAs and the interdisciplinary team.

Starting pay $25.75 to $29/hour with shift differentials evenings, nights and weekends, weekly pay, and benefits including 401(k) with match and health/dental/vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
