Ansley Park Health & Rehab in Newnan, GA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a PRN/part-time charge nurse role. The position offers evenings, nights and weekend differential pay, weekly pay, and a range of benefits within a mission-driven environment.

The LPN will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care while ensuring accuracy in documentation and adherence to policies.

Formación

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible.
• Experience delivering direct patient care in a long-term care setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
