Responsibilities

• Administers medications and follows physician orders per policy.
• Accounts for narcotics for assigned neighborhoods and communicates needs to the Charge Nurse.
• Makes rounds and completes nursing documentation on residents’ records.
• Supervises Resident Assistants and delegates weekly tasks while ensuring policy adherence.
• Maintains safety and infection control standards per state and federal regulations.
