Job summary

Ansley Park Health & Rehab is seeking a part-time LPN to join our mission-driven team in Newnan, GA. You will work with RNs, CNAs and the interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, person-centered care and ensure resident well‑being.

Starting pay ranges from $30.40 to $33.57 per hour with evening, night and weekend shift differentials. We offer weekly pay, great benefits, PTO, 401(k) with match, and a strong culture of care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible for licensure.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care per care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
